About
Hi! I’m Neeli, creator/designer of tweet & peep jewelry. Here’s a bit about me and how my jewelry collection started.
As a young girl, I always loved accessories (mostly jewelry and bags). My mom will tell you I always carried a purse stocked with my favorite flavored lip glosses. As an adult, I still love to accessorize! My husband will tell you how I’m obsessed with bags…I have quite a collection of handmade, grey leather bags. And of course, I still love to jewelry.
A few years ago, I started making bracelets for my family and friends as gifts. In 2017, I decided to get serious with an online shop as well as hosting parties to share my pieces with others. I thought long and hard about a name for my small business. My father-in-law has a nickname for everyone so his creativity was the inspiration for my brand's name. He came up with the nickname Tweetie for my daughter Tyler and Peepers for my niece Briana. |
I wanted to use a name that was special to me and how better to represent my brand than to use the nicknames of my two favorite girls….Hence the name Tweet & Peep (for short). Tyler loves to help make bracelets with me, sell at pop-ups, and pick out her favorites to show shoppers while Briana uses her great fashion sense to pick out beads & loves to give her input on my creations. Here is a glimpse of my Tweet & Peep.

Born and raised in Houston, Texas. I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin (hook ‘em) and enjoy spending time with my family. Jewelry making consumes my time after the kids are asleep and/or in the moment when I get an idea for a new style. I’m married to my high school sweetheart and have two super cool kids – Tyler (9), Will (6). I work full-time in the clinical research industry, run 2-4 times a week (normally at 5 AM with my friend Jennie), support my children’s extracurricular activities such as swimming, softball, golf (just to name a few).
